- Master Chef Inter Class Competition

Dear Parent Kindling the interest of healthy eating and creating awareness about various ailments and their remedies, the inquisitive batch of Xavierians will put their cooking skills to test in the Inter Class ‘MasterChef Fireless Cooking Competition’ to be held on 27 May (Friday). Each grade will get a special theme ailment as the base for their fireless cooking. The students will present one dish based on the given ailment and share its nutritional values and health benefits. Grade VII : Anemia Grade VIII: Thyroidism Grade IX : Diabetes Grade X : High Blood Pressure / Cholestrol Kindly refer to the following points regarding the competition: 1. Students will chop the vegetables required for the competition at home itself. 2. The cooking will be ailment based with emphasis on healthy recipes and nutritional values explained precisely by the students. 3. Students will bring their own supplies and materials. 4.
